In July 2015 Social Services held an annual conference at The Midland Hotel Manchester. All SS Directors were there for several days planning the future for child protection. This conference was censored from public scrutiny under the Chatham House rule (a secret meeting). A RALLY was held to let them know that people know how corrupt they are.
