Under changes to the so-called My Number system, personal ID numbers can be linked to people’s bank account numbers from 2018. Although such links will be made initially on a voluntary basis, the government is considering making it mandatory from 2021.
The revision will also expand the use of ID numbers to track records of vaccinations and health checks.
Under the My Number system, all residents, including non-Japanese, will be assigned a 12-digit identification number starting in October.
The government is set to start using the ID from January next year for administrative purposes such as taxation and social welfare benefits.
The change will allow companies to use massive amounts of personal information, dubbed “big data,” for commercial purposes.

There’s a lot of talk about water these days, and ultimately the question everyone wants answered is, how much do you need? The truth is, that number is entirely dependent on the person asking – their lifestyle, activity levels, eating habits, and even climate. The best way to figure out what you need is by paying attention to your body.
Dehydration actually sets in before you start feeling thirsty, and is often indicated by, oddly enough, feeling slightly hungry. If you find yourself feeling like a snack, try having a glass of water first, and see what happens. Sipping water throughout the day can also help curb dehydration and is one of the simplest ways to deal with it. For people who struggle in the mornings, having a couple of glasses of water right when you wake up will help boost your blood pressure to normal levels. It will also help clean out your system and get you to the bathroom quickly.

29 “holistic doctors/ naturopaths ” found lying in the garden” and some staggering doubled over in pain, some in a “life threatening” state from amphetamine poisoning. They were all in attendance at an “alt med” Homeopathic Health Conference. Doctors and practitioners (those who could speak) allegedly said they didn’t knowingly take anything they took that would cause this. Some were hallucinating and some still too sick to be questioned and hospitalized.
15 ambulances along with a helicopter were sent in to help the holistic doctors and naturopaths at the homeopathic conference. Some found with “life threatening conditions” mainstream news reports.
Depending on the news sources these practitioners are called alt med/ holistic doctors or naturopaths, but one thing is clear: the articles state that experts at the scene said it didn’t appear they knowingly ingested what made them ill. Some were extremely ill when the 15 ambulances and helicopter flew in to the rescue.

Computers used by members of parliament and their staff have been used to access the extra-marital affairs site Ashley Madison, data obtained under Freedom of Information (FoI) rules show.
During the past year MPs, peers or staff have used parliamentary computers to log on to the site 26 times.
Ashley Madison, a service for individuals seeking an affair, was the victim of a huge data leak in July, when hackers targeted the site and released the details of millions of users.
In response to the revelation, parliament said the website is blocked on its network, but that MPs, their staff, researchers, advisers and members of the House of Lords are able to use the internet on their computers during non-working hours.
It said further information is unavailable because data is only stored for one year.

(NaturalNews) When multiple research institutions that have one purpose in mind receive hundreds of millions of dollars of grant money from the federal government, a very powerful and influential industry is created instantly. The entitlement money swiftly becomes a purchasing force that assists the institutions in their research pursuits. What happens when these research pursuits require that human life be terminated so body parts can be studied for “medical advances?”
Between 2011 and 2014, 97 research institutions, including universities and hospitals, were entitled to $280 million in federal grant money for one purpose: using fetal body parts for “scientific” research.
These institutions, including Yale, The University of California, and The Massachusetts General Hospital, are given the right to obtain fetal tissue and conduct research on the human body parts that are strategically extracted right from women’s wombs after the beating heart has been terminated.

(NaturalNews) The convergence of real life with controlled virtual reality has moved one step closer to fruition. Scientists from North Carolina have figured out a way to network the brains of multiple animals to form what they call “living computers” capable of performing advanced tasks and solving complex problems, of which a single brain on its own would be incapable.
Researchers from Duke University Medical Center in Durham say they’ve successfully harnessed the power of three monkey brains to create a “superhuman” brain, of sorts, with the capacity to process and interpret abstract thoughts and experiences. Individuals will one day have access to this brain-machine interface, say researchers, allowing them to control machines and prosthetic limbs using just their thoughts.
When Miguel Nicolelis and his team linked the brains of the three monkeys together and hooked them up to an animated screen portraying a robotic arm, he discovered that they could collectively control the arm to reach a predetermined target using just their minds. Despite the fact that monkeys lack the same level of cognition as humans, they were able to think together to reach this desired outcome.

Almost £1.3 million in expenses and allowances was claimed last year by peers who failed to speak a single time in the House of Lords.
Members of the Lords are entitled to claim £300 a day for attending Parliament – even if they do not speak or vote in any debate.
Over the course of the entire last Parliament – from 2010 to 2015 – 30 peers claimed more than £750,000 without ever speaking in the Lords.
The chief executive of the Electoral Reform Society, Katie Ghose, denounced the figures as a ‘national scandal’ which strengthened the case for reform of Parliament’s upper house.
She called on Prime Minister David Cameron – who last month announced 45 new peers, bringing the total to over 800 – to take action to deliver a democratic second chamber.
The society went through speaking and voting records for the Lords – not including brief interjections, written questions and answers or attendance in committees – to determine how many peers were failing to contribute to debates.

Taking bribery from drug companies and over-prescribing medicine to patients is a common hidden rule among doctors in China. It’s also not uncommon for patients to give doctors red envelopes with cash as a blunt plea for them to do a good job on surgeries.
However, a Chinese court has just fined the British pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) $488.8 million for a massive ‘bribery network’. Their biggest fine ever!
What started out as an investigation on GSK in July, 2013, has finally ended with a guilty verdict for all key persons involved. The former head of GSK Chinese operations, Mark Reilly, has been served a 3-year prison sentence with a four-year reprieve, which means he is set to be deported instead of serving his time in a Chinese jail. His co-defendants also received 2-4 year prison sentences with reprieves.

At a discreet location in Amsterdam, party-goers will be able to attend a Halloween Blood Rave. Real blood from the indoor sprinkling system will douse ravers, but no sources have confirmed what kind of blood will be used.
Sumitra via Oddity Central:
A nightclub in Amsterdam is getting ready to host the world’s first ‘blood rave’ this Halloween, with real blood! According to media reports, Dutch partygoers will be sprayed with gallons of blood from an overhead sprinkler system, based on the opening scene of the 1998 vampire film Blade.
The event’s official Facebook page states: “Blood Rave is a night-life community for likeminded individuals, on a discrete location in Amsterdam.”
It also lists a link to an intro video (the scene from Blade), and another link to purchase tickets. Dutch news site NL Times claims to have spoken to an organiser who chose to remain anonymous. “After a long search we have developed a special sprinkler system with pipes running across the ceiling and this making us able to spray blood over the crowd,” he supposedly told the site
