Harrassed – Christopher Spivey

Harrassed – Christopher Spivey

Ahead of Thursday’s  sentencing, here are THE TRUE FACTS of what has really taken place since July 30th 2014, ALL OF WHICH CAN BE EVIDENCED. Please share this report far and wide because next time it could be you caught up in a nightmare from where there appears to be no escape.

(1) I was illegally arrested at 1:30 AM on the 30th of July 2014 for “Suspicion of harassment” by four very aggressive police officers. The four thugs, despite knowing that my then 1 year old grandson was in the property illegally entered and began an illegal search, ending with them illegally seizing my computers, a mobile phone, a keyboard and mouse, and a DVD writer. I was then illegally detained for a total of 19 hours. Therefore, there should never have been a court case and disregarding that fact, the evidence should have been deemed inadmissible.

(2) The facts listed in number 1 are evidenced thus:

  • A complaint was made, allegedly to Greater Manchester Police on the 16th of July 2014 by Witness A
  • An arrest request was then made, allegedly by the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) to Essex Police on the 17th of July 2014
  • In the two weeks that followed the GMP request on 17/7/14 and my actual arrest on 30/7/14, Essex Police did not bother to apply for an arrest or search warrant despite being able to obtain both in around 6 hours.
  • Instead, they came mob handed specifically to arrest me (as evidenced in the police witness statements) at a time which violates CODE B of PACE, following a briefing sometime between 11:30PM on the 29th of July 2014 and 1 AM on the 30th of July 2014, where my photo and description was handed out.

What Are Over-The-Counter Drugs Doing To Your Brain?

What Are Over-The-Counter Drugs Doing To Your Brain?

Are you an OTC drug junkie? Frankly, most folks today are because they are dealing with some sort of ailment or even a chronic condition. Do you think because you can purchase OTC drugs in pharmacies that they don’t cause harm to your body? Well, maybe trusting healthcare consumers need to think twice before picking up another OTC pharmaceutical.

There’s a classification of drugs called anticholinergics, which included numerous OTC products such as antihistamines, antidepressants, and even bladder control drugs. Anticholinergics include bronchodilators. They also affect senior citizens, which may not be a well-known side effect: “In fact, even small increases in so-called anticholinergic burden or load increase the risk of morbidity and mortality in older individuals.” [1]

Anticholinergics use needs to be taken seriously—not just popped into the mouth without realizing negative health consequences—as they block the neurotransmitter acetylcholine action in the brain [2]! They are used often by patients with asthma, gastrointestinal cramps, incontinence, muscular spasms, depression and sleep disorders.

The questions consumers need to be asking themselves are, “Why am I depending upon something that is interfering with my brain?” “Can those OTC drugs be contributing to my memory problems—even dementia?” “Are there other remedies that will provide relief but not interfere with my brain’s neurotransmitters?”

Media ‘conflicted’ since TV shooter is black

Media ‘conflicted’ since TV shooter is black

by Joe Kovacs

Radio host Rush Limbaugh said the national news media will be conflicted in their reporting on Wednesday’s slaughter of a Virginia news crew live on the air because the shooter was a black man, and his victims were white.

The shooter has been identified as Vester Flanagan, 41, who also went by the professional name of Bryce Williams. The victims are reporter Alison Parker, 24, and photographer Adam Ward, 27, who were gunned down during a live broadcast from the Bridgewater Plaza in Moneta, Virginia.

“A reporter of color is the shooter. Now there’s a conflict. Now what do they (the media) do?” asked Limbaugh on his national broadcast Wednesday. “If you take out the color [of the individuals involved] … you might not even hear about it.”

“He sued another TV station for racism a decade before he was asked to leave the Virginia station amid claims of racial bias,” Limbaugh noted. “So there’s clearly race as a motivation.”

BBC: People Can’t Live Without the BBC

BBC: People Can’t Live Without the BBC

Via Guido

A “deprivation study” in which  people agreed not to use BBC services for nine days has found that people can’t live without the BBC. The study was commissioned by and funded by the BBC…

(I’m still laughing)

Of the seventy households, 48 had initially said that they would prefer either to pay no licence fee and have no BBC access, or pay a reduced licence fee. After nine days without any access to the corporation, however, 33 of the 48 families, or 69 per cent, declared that they were now happy to pay.

The BBC commissioned the study to dig deeper into existing research that suggests that around 30 per cent of people are opposed to paying the licence fee. It would appear to confirm suspicions held at a high level in the corporation that many viewers do not realise how much they depend on the broadcaster’s output.

So 48 families = 68.5% of the households surveyed (who originally DIDN’T want to pay)

22 households/families = 31.5% – DID want to pay

Which (from the latest sample) means that ‘existing research’ underreported those opposed to paying a fee by 38.5%? (68.5%-30%)

33 of 48 families changed their mind, so (33+22) = 55 households eventually happy to pay.

55 out of 70 = 78.5%.

So 21.5% still DON’T want to pay?

Which (from the latest sample) means that ‘existing research’ over-reported those opposed to paying a fee by 8.5%? (21.5%-30%)

So can we deduce that both surveys have a potential margin of error in their results? (i.e 38.5% – 8.5%= 30%)?

If we apply the possible 30% margin of error to the 21.5% that DON’T want to pay –

then that could mean that 28% (or 19.6 families from survey 2, v 21 families from survey 1) DON’T want to pay?

Which only goes to prove if you torture the data enough  – it’ll confess to anything.

Windows 10 might get BANNED in Switzerland for abusing peoples privacy!

Windows 10 might get BANNED in Switzerland for abusing peoples privacy!

By Jennifer Baker

Switzerland’s top data cop says Microsoft has “gone too far” in abusing people’s privacy.

The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection, Jean-Philippe Walter, told Le Temps on Sunday that he was prepared to take Microsoft to court if it does not alter its privacy policy for Windows 10.

According to Walter, the installation procedure does not properly inform users about the scope of the default settings. In France, the data protection authority CNIL issued public advice on how to set up privacy controls for Windows 10 earlier this month, but CNIL’s Swiss counterpart is feeling more combative.

“If necessary, we will issue a recommendation,” he warned – a recommendation which could be for the authorities to ban the sale of Windows 10 in Switzerland.

Harvey Proctor – porn/pawn?

Harvey Proctor – porn/pawn?

So what’s going on with this publicity stunt?

My Exclusive Interview with Harvey Proctor (video)

Harvey Proctor: Former MP accuses police of ‘homosexual witch hunt’ after murder probe

Interesting choice of words?

‘Witch hunt’? Isn’t that Cameron’s choice of phraseology  back in Nov 2012 – when the government were forced to announce two  investigations relating to the findings of the Waterhouse Tribunal?

Police in the blame frame

Interesting choice of venue?

St Ermin’s hotel – with it’s links to spies and clandestine ops

St Ermin’s Hotel Intelligence Book of the Year Award

Interesting MSM headlines?

Harvey Proctor: Former MP ends anonymity of the rest of alleged nine-strong paedophile gang

Interesting that the above headline infers that there were only nine abusers – most deceased(**)

In marked contrast to:

76 politicians, 178 celebrities and 7 sports stars: the scale of VIP child sex abuse inquiry

Interesting that Proctor’s formal press statement spells out a full list of accusations, hitherto not made public?

(One very important point to make is that this statement has not been checked exactly with what he actually said today.)

Imo it would be:

Interesting to know if Proctor’s being paid or blackmailed

(**) Interesting that Sir William Gerald Hugh Beach GBE KCB MC – according to National Archives was born in 1923 – and died in 1993 – tho not according to wiki)
