Ukraine offers job to (WAR CRIMINAL) Tony Blair to try to ease deepening tension with Russia
Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko said the former British Prime Minister was the right man to “share his experience of public administration” with Kiev.
Fears are rising that a peace agreement between Ukraine and pro-Russian rebels could break down resulting in a new wave of bloody fighting.
Mr Blair’s new role would add further strain on Britain’s fraught relationship with Russia.
The Ukraine government said in an official statement: “The president has invited Tony Blair to share his experience of public administration within the framework of the International Advisory Reform Council to the President of Ukraine.”
